BRA-va Art (the ‘Campaign Event’) is a social media campaign to promote Breast Reconstruction Awareness Day (BRA Day) that takes place on the 18th October 2022.

 

The Campaign Event launches on 19th September 2023 and ends 21st October 2023.

 

By taking part in the Campaign Event, the participant or the parent/guardian of a participant under 18 years of age acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

General:

1. The decision to participate in the Campaign Event is entirely your own and you take full responsibility for any consequence of your participation in the Campaign Event for yourself and/or your participants.

2. Any content you post to the Instagram (e.g. photos and text) is your responsibility, and you must have the necessary rights to post that content (including the consent of others who feature in the content).

3. You acknowledge that by tagging @bravaartofficial on Instagram, that any content posted/shared by you may be re-shared or posted by @bravaartofficial.

4. You acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions of the Campaign Event may be amended at any time.
